What would cause a blue halo around my once dark brown eyes?

My eyes were once dark brown. They are now a grayish brown with amost a sky blue halo. I am 68 years old. I have diabetes and sarcoidosis which can affect the eye. I also have rheumatiod arthritis. I have had lasik surgery in both eyes for glaucoma.
