Artificial tears for red eye?
My eyes are constantly red. What are the best eye drops to use? Clear eyes and other redness relievers don't work, would artificial tears be better.

i would recommend that you use artificial tears at least 4 times a day and at night use a thicker lubricating gel, this will help decrease the redness i recommend refresh pm. this will help if the redness is caused by dry eyes .if you have eye allergies and believe that is causing the redness napcon a is good.never use visine it can actually make your eye worse..good luck
