Help and advice needed asap.....please!?

I have recently got myself two pair of glasses from SPECSAVERS, buy one get one free. I have varifocal lenses, in both. One pair I am very happy with, the other pair, I cannot cope with, effecting my balance and giving me tension headaches, have persivered for a fortnight. Does anyone know if I can get them changed or anything, as the bill came over £3OO.....????


Answers:

Of course you can, stand your ground and do not leave until you are totally happy with both pairs of glasses.
We take too much crap these days, if we complained more then we would get a better service in the first place
