When I squint and look at light I can separate it and see what looks like germs !

Question:

When I squint and look at light I can separate it and see what looks like germs on my eyes?

Weird question, I know. But are those really germs? When I do it it's like the light unfolds on my eyes and I see all these screens of light and there are little germs (of all different shapes and sizes) moving around on them. If I'm gentle with my squinting I can even manipulate the screens and switch between them.

It's pretty weird (and hard to explain), but cool at the same time. What am I actually looking at? Are they germs?

PS: I've been able to do this since I was little, so I don't think there's anything wrong with my eyes.

Answers:

They are bits of dust etc. floating around at the back of your eye.
Use Eye drops, while you are lying down, before you got to sleep. It will help eliminate a good many and your eyes will seem better in the mornings.

Opticrom Aqueous is a good drop.
