Alright dude. Here's the deal. You can't fix your eyes. They went bad because you went through puberty. When your eyes stop getting worse, guess what? You're probably done growing to. Growth is genetically determined, there is no safe or natural way to increase your height. I'm very sorry to have to break those to you.
Eat healthy and exercise intensely and you can still get a 40(inch, though you wrote cm) chest.
Also, learn the English language or you'll end up with a limited vocabulary like, 'would you like to super-size that today?'
