Is lasik surgery worth it?

I'm 26 AND I'M THINKING ABOUT LASIK SURGERY, IS IT WORTH IT TO GET IT AND WILL I HAVE TO GO BACK AND DO IT AGAIN LATER ON?

thanks to everyone who answered. i went and got it done thursday, i love it. i went back friday and had 20/20 vision. i was back at work the next day,.no, you can't do certain things for about a month, but it is so worth it.

glare, headaches, expensive, pain
has to be redone every few years
need glasses anyway and especially sunglasses
