Free trial pair of contacts:?!

Question:

Free trial pair of contacts:?

I see this advertised all the time. So if I have the prescription how do I obtain this trial set of lenses.

Answers:

Well to get the free trial pair of contacts you will need to make an appointment for a contact lens fitting with your local eye care professional that carries that specified type of contact lens. Most opticals will charge a fitting fee for a contact lens patient which can be around $30+. Usually the trial contacts are free anyways because opticals receive the trial contacts free from the manufactures. I think the companies that make the contact lenses are just trying to get new customers. I think you should let an eyecare professional choose which lens is best suited for you and the trial lenses should be free anyways :) hope that helps
EDIT*** yes these trial lenses are intended for fitting purposes to make sure they work well for the patient before they buy a whole box.... just because they are free does not mean that we just give them out to people who procrastinate... lol Mrs S... I guess no matter where you live people are the same :)
