Has anyone heard of vision therapy? Does it work?
Someone briefly told me about vision therapy. How does it work? What do they do? Is it effective?
Answers:
VT does work to help you learn how to "team" your eyes more effectively to reduce headaches and eyestrain, especially when reading.
VT does not work to "reduce your prescription" or "prevent myopia" or allow you to "throw away your glasses!" or "see clearly w/o glasses or contacts!"
