Got my eyes checked for the first tiem in 7 yrs. Im 15 and I never really needed glasses..my left eye is 20/20 and my right is 20/25 is this bad? cause the guy said thta it wasnt that bad for a kid at my age and since all of my family wears glasses.
I heard eating carrots or seaweed improve ur vision is this true?? or exercises that help? (they said i didnt reall yneed glasses its just to keep m y eyes from getting worse) i

20/25 isnt amazing 25/20 is the more then second number is the worse

You have good vision now. As to whether it will stay that way, no one can say. There are no exercises you can do to maintain it. Just have your eyes examined annually or biannually at least to ensure your eyes are healthy.
