can i sleep with them on? YES or NO? and WHY?

Answers:
Depends on if you have extended wear. I have the extended wear disposables but DO NOT sleep in them on a regular basis as your eyes really do need a break from having something in them all the time.
Occasionally I will nap in them briefly but they tend to get kinda dried out when I do so I won't sleep in them if I can avoid it.
