Does working on the computer for long periods of time (10hrs) hurt your eyes? If so, is there any type of?

product that I can buy to protect my eyes?


Answers:

Work for only 20 minutes at a time and get up and walk around a bit.......too long in fron tof the screen causes ey strain. and when that happens you HAVE to stay away from the PC till your eyes have been rested.
