Will this hurt my eyes?

I just got a new prescription for my eyes. I bought two new pairs of glasses and have been wearing them. I still have an old pair of glasses that I will eventually need to get the lenses changed. Will it hurt my eyes if I wear my old prescription one day and then my new prescription the next?

My left eye is the only one that changed. It went from a -4.00 to a -4.25.
My right eye is a -4.25 and has not changed.

No, it won't hurt your eyes.. You may experience a period of adjustment from one pair to the next, and you may experience eyestrain, but no permanent damage. The change is so small, I doubt you'd really notice it with both eyes open. You might notice the difference if you cover each eye and compare.
