My eye sight is weak(.75)Doctor prefered glasses.But i can see clearly without them so i m dont wear.Is it OK?

Being a -0.75 isn't bad at all. Your doctor probably prescribed your glasses for school (seeing the board - things far away) and/or driving. So I wouldn't think that you'd need the glasses all the time.
That being said, I know you say you can see clearly without them, but you can probably see clearer WITH them. So by NOT wearing the glasses when you SHOULD, you're actually causing yourself more eyestrain, and more squinting. It won't be the end of the world if you don't wear them, but if you can see clearer with them on, why not just wear them when you need them? Your eyes won't get worse either by wearing them or not wearing them. Your eyesight will deteriorate on its own timetable and wearing the glasses has nothing to with that. But as your vision gradually gets worse, you WILL need to wear the glasses all the time most likely. Just keep that in mind...
