The large national chain optical stores may have inexpensive rimless frames (Pearle Vision, Sterling Optical). You should start with a search in the yellow pages. I will help you with this. After you go to the link below, click on: "Eyeglasses, Sunglasses, & Goggles" and then you put in your town or zip code.

You should come back and add more information to your question. Do you mean fully rimless or bottom rimless? Do you have a plus (+) prescription, or minus (-) prescription? It would be great if you gave an idea of what your prescription is because if it is high, then I would say you may be better off with a full rimmed frame. If you get a rimless frame with a high prescription, the lenses will look thick, and there is no way to hide it. To make the lenses thin, you may have to upgrade the lens material, which will cost you more.
As far as the frame, lower end (cheaper) 3 piece mount frames are very fragile, so you have to be very carefull with them. If you do not have insurance, go to the business web site and see if there are coupons available, so you can lower the cost. I think for a good pair of fully rimless frames, you should add another hundred bucks, and get good quality frame and lens material. It will be worth it in the long run.
