Problems with Contact Lenses...?
I have worn contacts for years with no problem, however in the past 2 years I have been getting ulcers in my eyes. At one point in time I would get them almost weekly then I stoped wearing my contacts as often but still get them from time to time. Does anyone know why or had a similar reaction?

Usually it is from not getting enough rest from your contacts, not getting enough oxygen, or not cleaning them well enough. Once you ahve had a n ulcer it is easier to get, you might not be healing 100% so you get a bit better, wear your CLs again and then flair up again. I would consult a really good contact lense doctor, unfortunately good ones are not cheap cheapy fly by night ones that cost little to nothing to see. However, you can end up with a bad enough infection or ulcer to BLIND you. I would leave them out for a few weeks and have a good doctor look at you before you put them in again.
