Eye hurts.. help!?
I am a frequent contact wearer (daily) and I just noticed that whenever i move both my eyes without moving my head to the right, the eye muscles hurt. They feel sore. I was wondering if this has to do with tired eyes, or from using contacts too much, or could be it from something else and what i can do to fix it??

it's probably from using too much contacts and maybe your eyes aren't suited after such a long while.check your opthalmologist and maybe dont udo things that strain your eyes like using the computer too much. also, it may be better to use glasses. glasses aren't that bad you know.
