Sorry, but no you can't. Your iris is the only thing that can be changed color wise and that's by wearing color contacts. Eye color is determined primarily by the concentration and distribution of melanin pigment on the iris fibers. Your pupil is actually a hole and it can only change size to regulate the amount of light entering the eye. Hope this helps. :)
