that my contact lens pops out?

it may be turned inside out. if it is a soft contact, turn it and see if that is better. if it is a hard contact, then you may need to have the eye doctor work with it because it could crack if you try to fix it.
then load it up with contact solution, look up, down, left, right, then blink. hopefully that'll work for ya. good luck
