My daughter who is 22 years old has an eye sight of -10.i am very much concern of her eyes . i cant see her wearing such big glasses.is ,this much of sight normal or its dangerous.please tell wat can i do ???????/

Hello there! Yes a prescription of -10.00 means she is very myopic! It is quite significant, but I have seen worse like -12.00, -14.00 and so on and these people seem to be functioning fine with corrective lenses. As long as her vision can be corrected then she will be fine. Usually at her age her vision will level off if it hasn't already and it will stop getting worse. There are a few different options for her: getting a pair of of glasses with high index lenses like a 1.74 will be significantly thinner and lighter.
Also get a frame that will hide the edge thickness, thicker plastic frames hide the edge thickness, or frames with thicker temples. Also having a smaller eyesize in the frame will reduce the edge thickness. Another option for her would be contact lenses.
No need to worry as long as she goes for her routine eye exams she will be fine ... just talk to your local eye care professional about the different options :)
