this is considered as legally blind right?

good question....its tough to get an accurate acuity at your level of myopia on the snellen chart....the big E is 20/400, but you may or may not see that, it is more likely about 20/600, but there isn't a letter on the chart for that...the way the actually measure it at this point is to tak the big E and move it closer to you until it is clear, then they do the math to find out the distance compared to the letter size, which would probably put you around 20/600-20/700...hope this is helpful!!!
