Sudden vision loss?

For some reason my eye sight seems to be getting bad. my eyesight is 20/25 and i have to wear glasses at night when i drive, but within the past 2 weeks its gotten to where i need to wear them all the time. both my mom and grandma have horrible vision, they're legally blind without glasses, but i've never been diagnosed with what they have. What could be going on?

go see your eye doctor, sometimes if you have medical problems such as diabetes your vision can change rapidly, or if you use certain medications. the more you wear your glasses the more dependent your eyes become. i would ask your doctor to do a complete dilated eye exam with a refraction.
