Is it OK to use Visine and then put in my contacts?

Mine are soft. (Acuvue Advance for Astigmatism with Hydraclear)

My eyes aren't like chronically red or anything. Its's just that sometimes they are kinda red, not like an eye infection or something. (Also I am interested in the rumor that it might help with the redness of zits :D)

I checked out the ones made for contacts on their website, and I think they are just lubricating/rewetting drops. They don't say "GETS THE RED OUT." Lol.

i hope so - my husband and I do. but if you have red irritated eyes on a regular basis, you may want to check with your optometrist just to make sure that everything's ok. you sure don't want to get an infection - yucky! although the visine will get rid of the red, the red is a symptom that may be trying to alert you to a more serious problem.
