Everyone has exhausted most of the diagnoses for a lump on the conjunctiva, would just like to add one more. Actinic Conjunctival Granuloma or ACG. Looks somewhat similar grossly to a pinguecula except for a more lobulated appearance.
Bottom line for these "lumps" on the white of the eye, IF IT DOESN'T bother you, we leave it alone. If it bothers you for whatever reason (cosmetically or otherwise), it can be excised. It's usually NOT vision threatening, so it is generally left alone.
