I don't have good far-distance vision but when I turn my eyes out like an Asian's I can see pretty well.

It's not the same as squinting, either. That doesn't really help. Also, when I yawn, my eyes get watery and my vision becomes amazingly crisp and clear for a couple of seconds. This only seems to happen when I yawn, though....

Yeah, pulling them out to 20/20. See an eye doctor!
