How do you remove the logo on eyeglasses?!
Question:
How do you remove the logo on eyeglasses?
I have some glasses and I want to use the clear lenses. How can I remove the frame manufacturers logo? Is there a solvent or chemical I can use that won't harm the lenses? Thanks
Answers:
They kinda screw you with the logo. The chemicals that remove it usually cause the lenses to fog where the logo was. You can try rubbing alchool on a q-tip. But be careful b/c those lenses are not safe to wear. They are pretty much recycled two-liters, and if you get hit in the face can split or scatter into your eye. That's why most places remove them when you purchase only the frame. You can have Plano non-Rx lenses put in for about $50. They will be safe and look much better then the junk that's in them.
