The bottom eyelid of my right eye has been twitching over the last few days, it also looks slightly swollen...
today it's started to feel itchy.
I have been using the computer alot, all day, everyday.....
DO you think it's eye strain/over use??
....there it goes again twitching!

I would suggest overuse maybe, trying to keep your eyes open all the time, staring at an unnatural light source (not sating that the sun is better). Spend some time outside, where it is better if you squint a little bit, and exercise that muscle that is not getting enough use (or too much use) with you staring at the screen all the time.
Plus you get exercise which you need anyway.
Eat a balanced diet and get your full-days supply of vitamins and minerals.
