How can I protect my eyes from further irritation?

I have had LOTS of shampoo in my eye, I have always been staring at the computer screen, I have had eye lashes & dust in my eyes.

How can I protect them from further irratation?

I think I am farsighted but my vision feels weak.
Please help.
