Can I get Anti Reflective Glare on my current prescriptive Glasses?!

Question:

Can I get Anti Reflective Glare on my current prescriptive Glasses?

I just got new glasses a month ago and It didnt have anti glare coating on it and wonder if I could get the anti reflective glare coating on my current prescriptive glasses. I have severe myopia and when I drive at night, the other cars headlight glare so much that I cant see my side mirrors and center mirror and In front of me.
Is it possible to get them on.

Answers:

You can, but it is preferred that you don't. The anti-reflective coating may not adhere well to the lenses, and if it's the spin coat method of placing A/R on the lenses, the company just may ruin the lenses.

See if they are willing to deal...if you purchase the A/R coating, would they be able to subtract the cost of the new lenses.
