How do you know if you can have PRK?
Is there any wat to know if you are elliglblie I can wear contacts and am near sighted my vison is -2.50 -2.25 (would help if you tell me wether or not this is okay for the Air Force when fixed).Is there anyway I could get an idea if I am elligble short of going to the doc.

Based on the -2.50 and -2.25, you should be eligible - my doctor told me that I am eligible, and my vision is much worse than that (-7.00!!!) He also said that in order to be eligible, your vision has to remain stable for 2 years - so, if the next time you go to the optometrist, if your vision has changed, you would have to wait.
I have no idea on the Air Force part of the question.
