When I cross my eyes I see black borders on the side of my ision view for each eye, is this normal?

yea, everything goes double of course but the I see a black cutoff line so to speak in my vision range on the side of each eye. This really worries me, has anyone seen this black borders when you cross your eyes? Thanks
