Should i get laser eye surgery?
What is its benefits....what is its negative effects?
Answers:
Pros:
It decreases your dependency on corrective lenses, in fact you may not need them at all.
Possible 20/20 vision achived with surgery.
No more contacts or glasses to buy.
Cons:
It will not fix normal aging process of the eyes. At age 40 or shortly after, most people develop presbyopia(ability of eye to accomodate between near and far). Presbyopia will require correction again.
Not 100% accurate; so may still need correction immediately after surgery.
Can have complications during surgery which may permanently damage the eyesight.
May need enhancements after surgery to keep vision crisp.
