How do I remove scratches on my glasses?

I was playing basketball a few days ago and my eyeglasses fell and now they have a few scratches on the lens. Is it possible to remove the scratches? Thanks.

First of all, scratches cannot be buffed out of lenses. Even the best scratch resistant lenses are not scratch proof. If you cannot, or just do not want to, wear contacts, The best thing for you is to switch to sports glasses. The best kind are called "Rec Specs" made by Liberty Optical. They have nice frames in different colors that have a strap which keeps the glasses from falling off your head.
