Flickering in my eyes?!

Flickering in my eyes?
for over 2 years now i have sufferd from flickering in my eyes. when i look forward i can see the flickering in the corner of my eyes and it blury. its really getting on my nervus and is quite scarey i have seen 2 opticans both said my eyes were fine. and didnt really seem to no my problem can any one help as it is reall gettint to me.?

might be a detached retina, or I get them sometimes when I'm tired.
