You have to have had your eyes tested when you got your glasses originally but your prescription for them may have changed between the time you got them and now ,,,,
They may not fit your needs now but only an optometrist can determine this ,,,, This is probably the major reason your eyes hurt and you probably have to deal with head aches too ,,,,
Make an appointment with your optometrist to get your eye glasses adjusted to what you need now ,,,,
