My eyes sometimes sting and get out of focus, what does it mean?!

My eyes sometimes sting and get out of focus, what does it mean?
I dont think i need glasses and occasionally tears fall down.

i am not a diabetic. its doing it now, i think its because im at my computer as it only does it when im starring at the screen.

it could be dry eye syndrome....but try to get more sleep, a lot of sleep. this happened to me during the week of finals. after getting 10 hours of sleep, my eyes felt somuch better. also, shake some salt into a cup of lukewarm water and blink in the solution. relief.
