Orbital pseudo tumor is a diagnosis of exclusion. Meaning, before you're able to say it is orbital pseudo tumor (and there are several types of orbital pseudo tumor) it has to be proven that it isn't something else.

Orbital pseudo tumor is also known to recur and usually has NOTHING to do with working on computer screens. There are no reliable studies linking computer use, watching TV to deterioration of vision or development of orbital pseudotumor for that matter.

Have yourself properly evaluated by an ophthalmologist who will be able to give you a better idea of the course and prognosis of your problem.
