Hello there.... well one thing is for certain I would go see an eye doctor to take a close look at it to make sure its ok. In some races with darker skin it is quite common for melanin deposits to appear on the sclera (white part of eye) and they just look like brown spots. Melanin is just the pigment that colors our eyes and skin and is quite normal and harmless.
