Answers:

I had to go through the motions to be able to describe what I do.
It's eaier using only one hand - more than one hand can get in the way!

-Stand in front of the mirror, and take a deap breath. Let it out.
-Place the contact on the index finger (after cleansing with contact solution).
-Put a dab of contact solution to add moisture to the contact (just one drop should be enough, helps stick to the eye better).
-With the Ring & Middle fingers pull your lower eye lid down.
-Look up, this opens your eye wide and avoids looking directly at your finger.
-Place your index finger with the contact on your eyeball.
-Close your upper lid onto your index finger (this helps hold the the contact in) while letting go of your lower eyelid and remove your index finger from your eye.
-Move your eye around a bit while closed to get the contact in place.
-Repeat steps for other eye.

My sister had more problems removing her contacts than putting them in.
-Using the mirror helps in the beginning, but eventually you won't need it!
-Pull your lower eyelid down with your ring and middle fingers.
-Look up and away from your fingers.
-With your index finger and thumb, place them on your eye and slowly touch your thumb and index fingers - grabbing the contact.
-Pull your hand away from your eye.
-Repeat steps for other eye.

Most of all - these take practice, but you'll get the hang of it real quick.

Also, when first starting to wear contacts, gradually break in your eyes. The first day, just wear them for 2 - 4 hours. The next day for 3 - 6 hours. Third day for 4 - 8 hours. And so forth until your eyes are up to wearing contacts for as long you like.

Don't forget to cleanse them on a regular basis - even with the non-rub contact solution, you still need to use a light rubbing motion with the index finger in your palm to ensure you've gotten all the gunk off the contact at least once a week. Then place your contact up in your fingers and rinse them off with more solution (both sides of your contacts). The fingers allow the dirt to flow through while keeping your contact safe on your hands.

Last, but not least. Listen to your eyes. If they get dry, irritated, tired, and/or cause headaches - it's time to take out the contacts. Give your eyes a break, still wear your glasses at least 1 - 2 days a week.
