I just had a "shower" of those lightning streaks in my vision-Flashes I think they're called.?
It was like a huge meteror shower. Im outside playing basketball and I look up at a plane, them bam like 8 a second are flying everywhere. I stopped and went in. What should I do? My uncle is an opthmalogist, maybe I can e-mail him.

I do not think they're floaters. They could be flashes of light which usually ocur with any form of retinal irritation or traction. The worst case senior is that it is a sign of retinal detachment and thus you have to see your uncle (the ophthalmologist) right away.
If they were floaters and it was quite a lot ("like a meteor shower"), this could also be a sign of retinal detachment. Several floaters accompanied by flashes of light can be a sign of retinal detachment.
Either way, it would be best to have yourself examined by an ophthalmologist (your uncle or any other ophthalmologist).
