Do I need glasses when one eye is perfect and I can see fine?!

Do I need glasses when one eye is perfect and I can see fine?

The other eye is worse but I can see easily if I look out of both eyes, and if I get glasses won't it make my bad eye worse?

i only ever get headaches when I wear glasses!
I do have glasses but when people try them on they can hardly tell the difference to not wearing them, they are that weak

I wear glasses for the same reason, I wouldn't when I was younger for vanity reasons but have too now through letting them get so bad, your good eye has to twice the amount of work your bad eye does, so go see the optician and see what he suggests to you and good luck.
