Can Your Eyesight Recover and Return to Normal Standards Naturally?!

Question:

Can Your Eyesight Recover and Return to Normal Standards Naturally?

I'm 13 and seem to have 20 vision in my right eye (so it's perfectly fine) and 50 vision in my left eye, despite that I equally use both. I'm going to add an extra question to this: why is it like this? Is it because the left side of my head slightly turns to the right, making my left eye be closer to the screen? I don't understand why it's affected while my right is unharmed. And do these eye excersises work, such as trying to read things from a distance? If I lay off the T.V., computer, and video games for awhile will my left eye return to how it was only 2 years ago?

Answers:

Humans aren't always symmetrical... have you ever noticed one hand or foot slightly different then the other. Well your eye is different structurally then the other. And the difference in the shape/size of the parts of your eye involved in vision is causing the light to not focus on your retina correctly. If your still young a growth spurt sometimes can change your vision whether it gets better or worse. If you still have some growing to do your vision could further change. As for the eye exercises there is no proof that they work and even if they did work it wouldnt be enough to "cure" your vision. Putting strain on your eyes by watching TV or being on the computer isn't really good for you, but it won't really change your vision either.... maybe you should talk to your eye doctor about your options like contacts or glasses. :)
