When u sleep in contacts why do they get "stuck " to ur eye?!
Question:
When u sleep in contacts why do they get "stuck " to ur eye?
they dont get completely stuck obviously but they kinda stick when u try to take them out, why is this? is it bad?
Answers:
Contacts depend on eye movement, oxygen flow, and your glands producing moisture- all of which is decreased during sleep. That's why the newer "oxygenated" and "hydrated" contacts work better in sleep.
