Okay, here you go...if you don't have lens cleaner, warm water and a mild soap (dawn or joy for dishes), don't use any soaps with creams, skin softeners. Dry your lenses with a soft cotton cloth (No terry cloth towels). Make sure the towel HAS NOT been treated with fabric softener, otherwise it will look like you washed your glasses in vaseline. DO NOT use paper products. They are made from wood, and there may be wood fibers left in that can scratch your lenses.
DO NOT use Windex or any other harsh cleaner. The chemicals are strong enough to strip any coatings off the lenses.
