If you don't wear glasses, do you need to get the sample plastic changed on fram!

Question:

If you don't wear glasses, do you need to get the sample plastic changed on frames or can you wear them as is?

I bought a pair of Coach frames at a really huge 50 percent off blowout on glasses. I wanted them to look more mature for teaching and I have 20/20 vision. Can I wear them how I bought them or do I need to have a regular piece of poly whatever it is put in to make it safer on my eyes??

Answers:

I would recommend getting a set of plano (no prescription) poly lenses with an anti-reflection coating. Your eyes will be safer and the coating will make the glasses look better (no reflections). Sometimes the plastic demo lens will have a logo that doesn't come off so then you couldn't even attempt to wear as is. Also the quality of the "demo lenses" is usually very poor so it would be a good idea to even get regular plastic lenses. As the demo lens will look scratched up pretty quickly. I guess if you wanted to you could wear them as is, but that is up to you :)
EDIT***
And to dispell the answer underneath mine.. I do not know where they work but they do not put poly or cr39 in demo lenses...... They use very cheap plastic.... cr39 and poly are worth more! If you think about it 99% of people who buy glasses get prescription lenses, so why would companies waste their money putting good quality lenses in them. So that person may work in optics... but I don't think they actually sell or make glasses which I do.
