I'm 12 and I break my glasses on accident but I won't be able to waste money on getting new ones if I just get contacts

Contact lenses in general take a lot of time, patience and responsibility to use. If you are not responsible enough to use contact lenses, the LEAST of your problems will be paying for new ones when you lose them.
If improperly used or cleaned, contact lenses can cause a lot of eye diseases which can in turn harm your vision... PERMANENTLY. I have seen a lot of irresponsible contact lens users go blind.
Your eyes and your vision are much more important than money. Wanting to save money is not a very good reason for wanting wear contact lenses.
