Does natural eye correction ( for refractive defects) really work?!

Question:

Does natural eye correction ( for refractive defects) really work?

I would love to hear from someone who actually tried the eye exercises and dietery changes and saw or did not see results. Thanks

Answers:

Vision therapy is a good thing for many people, though it doesn't really change your prescription... I mean, if you are severely myopic or hyperopic, you won't see a change.

Vision therapy is normally meant for people who have visual problems such as amblyopia (lazy eye) or strabismus (cross-eyedness). In very severe cases, surgery would be needed.

I worked as an optometric assistant for about 10 years and did some work with vision therapy. :) I have seen that it helps some cases.
