My contacts bother me because they dry out, can i just drop my lens cleaner in my eye?

Not cleaner, but sterile saline is ok. If you wear disposables, then you are probably referring to the sterile saline that you soak your lenses in each night...this is ok. (Sometimes called "no-rub" solution, rewetting solution, etc.)...Don't use Visine on a regular basis...long term use can cause problems (ask your optometrist for more info). Try "Blink" or "Refresh Tears" for contacts. Better yet, see your optometrist. You might need to change the brand of contacts you are wearing.
