Major pain! If your contact lens happens to stick to your eye and you aren't able to remove it, you need to first try putting saline solution or rewetting drops into the eye, a LOT of it.
If you are still unable to remove the contact lens, then a trip to an eye doctor is needed, so as to prevent corneal abrasion.
