Why did my contacts got sticked to my eyes?!

Why did my contacts got sticked to my eyes?
i've come across this a couple of times.when i would remove the contacts they were sticking to the eyes and i had to pull them.why do u think this happend and do u have any idea how to remove them easily if they get sticked again?
Answers:
This happened because you probably left them in while sleeping or just generally in too long without taking them out .
Allergies can cause them to dry out---especially if you take antihistamines---your contacts will dry out and adhere to your eyes.
My solution is to keep some of the lubricating eye drops with you and use them especially at night and in the eve when you get tired.
Use this as well if they get stuck again and close your eye and gently massage your eyelid and this should loosen it.
