i guess you could always try biting your tongue real hard it always brings tears to my eyes. Or as those who've answered before me say thinking of something sad, but if even that does'nt work you can try thinking of something really realy GREAT happening to you. Something that would make you so happy you could cry
Pretend some realllyyyyy bad just happened to a family member or bff. thats what i do.
If u were true actress u would know how to do what needs to be done. SO u must not be a good actress. Most people when they make themselves cry seems extra fake,if u r passionate and comfortable enough abt what is going on for ur play or whatever it will come naturally.
think of all the heart aches and the heart breaks u suffered
stub your toe...that always makes me cry
